Refund policy

Starting 4th December 2025,Returns will not be accepted and therefore the policy written down below wont be eligible. Thank you for your Cooperation.
1. Returns
1.1. Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items purchased from AllMyGoodies within [5] days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.2. Non-eligible Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized items or items marked as final sale.
2. Refunds
2.1. Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5] days.
2.3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

4. Exchanges
4.1. Process: We do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
